CURRENT MINISTRY NEEDS:
ACOLYTES (teens/adults, males/females, both services)
LIFE Group Leaders in Pensacola/Gulf Breeze
AV TEAM MEMBERS (9AM service)
GREETERS 9AM and 1030AM
SUBDEACONS, 1030AM service (male/female, teens/adults. Pastor or
deacon will train you for this duty, assisting priest with communion.)
Body Builders Ministries at The Mission exist to take care of
internal things - providing deacons/subdeacons, acolytes, Lay
Eucharistic Ministers, lectors, chalice bearers, worship arts/music,
audio-video staff, altar guild, Christian education/LIFE groups, etc.
But we also take care of our own when there's a family need , providing
meals-in-motion, transportation, counseling, wedding/funeral services, etc.
While our primary mission is to those 150 million in America who
don't know Jesus Christ, we also believe it's imortant to provide support,
training and practical assistance to those inside the church already. We
see our ministry in this area as a means of making sure our church body is
healthy and happy as well as equipped and able to engage in those ministries
outside the church.
